Bellway homes via a business referral approached C&M environmental to design a solution to solve the over heating problem in their top Floor office suit at Bothwell House Hamilton. Working with C&M from floor plan layouts and heat gain calculation DFM provided VRF proposals to meet the requirements of the different internal rooms and restricted condenser location situated immediately above the MD office suite.

DFM with supply partner AMP supplied a total of 85 KW of Toshiba heat recovery VRF serving a total of 20 indoor units all controlled via a touchscreen central controller. The entire project was completed out of hours with time critical delivery and crane lift required to meet the program.
